BR Global Trade supplies halal frozen and chilled lamb and mutton to importers, wholesalers, distributors and foodservice buyers in the Middle East, CIS and South Asia. Our sourcing countries include Australia, New Zealand, India, Tanzania and Kenya. Available products and origins are confirmed against each buyer’s specifications and destination requirements.
For a quotation, share your destination country and port, required product, quantity and packaging preference. You can include several products in one enquiry, with the quantity and specification for each item.
Enquire about the following formats, subject to the selected product, origin and availability:
Specify whether you require lamb or mutton so that the quotation identifies the correct product. Agree the cut description, bone and skin requirements where applicable, weight range, trimming and net quantity before comparing offers. A whole carcass and a cut carcass should be quoted as different formats.
Our lamb and mutton sourcing countries are Australia, New Zealand, India, Tanzania and Kenya. Tell us your preferred origin or ask which options are available for your order.
Supply eligibility is checked for the proposed origin, establishment, product and destination. A sourcing country listed here is not automatically approved for every market. Destination requirements, current restrictions and availability must be confirmed before an order is finalised.
If your enquiry requires a particular feeding system, grade or other product attribute, include it in the specification so that suitable availability and supporting evidence can be checked.
BR Global Trade supplies halal lamb and mutton. Confirm the applicable halal documents, the named establishment and product scope, and recognition of the issuing body for your destination.
Agree the shipment document checklist before dispatch. Depending on the order and destination, this may include halal and official health certificates, origin documents, commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents. Your importer should confirm any additional permits, approval requirements and label rules.
Where HACCP, ISO 22000 or another food-safety certification is required, request the relevant certificate and check its scope and validity. Food-safety evidence, halal recognition and destination approval are separate checks.
Frozen lamb and mutton are offered for sea shipment, while chilled supply is offered by air, subject to product availability and the agreed route.
Confirm the inner wrapping, vacuum-packing requirement where applicable, outer packaging, net weight, labelling and loading arrangements for the selected product. Packaging is agreed for the actual order; not every carcass or cut uses the same format.
Request the product’s storage instructions, declared shelf life and agreed minimum remaining shelf life at dispatch or arrival. Confirm temperature requirements, transport arrangements and any required monitoring records. Vacuum packing does not remove the need for temperature-controlled handling.
Third-party inspection is available on request. Agree its scope, timing, reporting and cost before confirming the inspection arrangement.
Minimum order quantities depend on the product, origin, packing and shipment plan. Share your required quantity for each item so that available bulk supply options can be confirmed.
Compare quotations using the same product specification, origin, net quantity, packaging, currency and agreed trade term with the named port or place. Include freight, insurance, duties, clearance, handling and cold storage in your cost comparison where these are your responsibility.
Request three separate timing estimates:
Weather, port or airport congestion, vessel or flight schedules, routing changes, blockades and conflict can affect transit. Customs checks and destination clearance can add further time. Shipment schedules and assumptions are confirmed in the quotation and order confirmation.
Send your destination country and port or airport, lamb or mutton requirement, preferred origin, cuts or carcass format, quantity, weight range, packaging, document requirements and required shipment period.
